Go to a grocery, buy some instant coffee, sugar, a EPa looking entree.... print a label call it "KSK" (= the SEALs of the German Army) and sale them for +€43 to a moron...

Most hilarious part would be that he says "Epa" in title yet I can't seem to find an EPA.
