The seller says:

"they are kind of like the breakfast sausage you buy at the stores but chicken, there not bad if you fry them up, but all they are is your average mre chicken meat in a small circle."

Sorry to disappoint you, MreKampr, but that's the first I've seen of them.

Kind of interesting product, though. It almost sounds like one of the test items that they piloted but never put into full production.
