aznblitz,
Hello and welcome to our forum. I see that your interested in shipping, rations and such. Well you've come to the right place. Shipping of US MRE's is not entirely impossible. I've shipped cases and other oddities to Canada before and there are a few Canadian members here that I've shipped to with no problems. If it's MRE's from the US, you can ask anybody here and they will sell to you. Ebay is another great place but since ebay has been steaily notching up it's prices it's kind of steep for some people but safe, same goes for here onthe forum. Also take into consideration the USPS and UPS, they just recently raised there rates after Jan 2, so shipping is what kills most deals.
You can do what some people here do and have a US contact on our side of the border and pick them up in the US or just have a US address like a PO box and come over to the US once in awhile to grab your mail.
Now definitely do not get discouraged, here on the forum you can always work out a deal or as I like to call them "gentlemen's agreements" with other members. The only thing I don't know is IMP's in your own country. You might contact another countryman here and find out. Otherwise you can post your comments or PM anybody.

Finding US MRE's is not that hard I have a few sources for them.
Canadian IMP's are a little harder to find, but I can get them as well, the best I have seen so far is 2009 menu.
I also found one place that has LMC (Light Meal Combat) but there few and far between.
