Dear forum members,
I'm a photographer in the process of working on a story for a major US newspaper about MREs and Rations of countries involved in fighting in Afghanistan. It's not going to be a silly piece as is usually done by media outlets, but a serious look at how each country feeds they're soldiers.
I'm in the process of finding rations from various places, but I'm having trouble acquiring some from places.
One country in particular is South Korea. I'd love any advice anyone has on procuring one (or two) from there. I'd be more than happy to buy one from anyone here of course too...
Thanks!
Ash

True bypah, but.. how are you going to get them through US customs?
I think you might better contact asian members with your wishes, and have a photographer take the photo's in Asia itself.
There is a large chance that the rations do not arrive in the US at all, because they contain dairy and meat.

Sure, someone may one day kill me with my own gun.
But they'll have to beat me to death with it because it's empty.
A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.

Thanks for your responses so far, and assistance. I'm planning on having all MREs sent to my newspaper bureau in Paris, and I'll have someone carry all of them by hand into the states.
