Strange MRE Bag/Ebay

I was just checking out some cases on Ebay, and came across this. Looks like a staged photo, but the seller looks legit, from Louisiana. He has several on. What is that crazy MRE in the middle, on top the case? Ebay #130257633821.

Check around the bottom of that page for the 2008 changes. I still haven't got my hands on any of those new MREs but it looks like they're handing them out left and right down in Texas/Louisiana.
