I should have enough pictures (but not enough menu information) to get a Spanish section going. But I don't really have much info on Polish rations - just a handful of pictures mostly taken from eBay.

Thx to norge for the flowers...

This are my spanish and polish rations:

(and some italien, russian.. :D )

See this for size imagination:

MRE vs. polish ration

inside the polish:

There are just two packages of crackers, two cans of pate, an accessoire package with tea, coffee, sugar, creme substitue, candy.
The tube contains a sweetend milk paste.

You see, real poor. No entree nor side dishes or similar.

About the spain:

There are different for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

About the cans inside, I guess Rudi (Jubifahrer) will tell you his experience. He opend one and shared it at our German military vehikle forum ( http://www.landroverforum.de/board/thre ... r=0&page=2 )

He posted this picture:

As I doesn´t want to "abuse" his pictures and report, I will please him to tell you...

And by the way, that's a great thread you linked to in your post above. I haven't run the text through the translator yet, but I see lots of great pictures. :-)

Thx for the flower´s

That´s the thread of Rudi (Jubifahrer) and me we intended one year ago at the German military vehikle forum. We try to keep it up to date everytime we get something "new".

If do you need any help at reading or translation, don´t hesitate to ask us!!

Thanks for the translation offer, housil. This is the link I used to read that thread:

WARNING! Potentially humorous machine translation ahead:

At least I could mostly make sense of what was being said. :-)
