Major forums changes tonight - Friday - 8pm-10pm EST

Just a heads-up guys...sometime tonight...probably around 9pm EST or later, I'm going to start switching the forums over to the new software version (phpBB 3.x). You can still see a sneak-peak of the new forums at the address listed in this message:

There are going to be some big changes - not just in the look and feel and features but also in the way the forums are organized and managed. Once I complete the conversion, I'll post a message in the forums to explain all the changes.

Before I start the upgrade, I plan on locking the forums so no one can make any changes during the upgrade window - which should be about 2 hours. You'll still be able to browse the topics and read but you won't be able to post any messages until we're on the new version.

Ok everyone - I got home early so I'm going to start the conversion right now (8pm EST). I expect it'll take around 2 hours. These forums will still be available but you won't be able to post new messages or reply to anything.
