Even if you reserve your rooms now you will get the event pricing (whatever that ends up being) so just keep that in mind. I know cause I used to attend a lot of functions with my former employer. The 99.9% of venues will honor it.

UPDATE ON HOTEL

So I was finally able to get in touch with the lady that handles group sales at the Hampton Inn in Simpsonville KY. She has given us a rate of $95 per night. She will be emailing me a link in the next few days for people to use to book hotel rooms. In the interim, if anyone wants to book under that rate, just call the hotel and tell them you are coming in for the meetup and want the MRE Nation Rate.
