I should probably start a separate thread for this one but seeing Star Trek in the title reminded me...
Anyone else seen the new Star Trek movie? I just saw it last night at 10pm. We were planning on seeing the midnight showing but then discovered they actually started showing it at 7pm. Doh!

Has anyone ever taken an MRE to the movie theater with them to save on the concession stand and their five-six dollar cokes? That's how it is in NY.

Believe it or not, I considered it last night on our way out to the movie theater. It was late and I hadn't had anything for dinner. But seeing as I love that overly-buttered popcorn too much, I didn't want an MRE filling up all the empty space in my stomach so I settled for a balogna sandwich on-the-go.

I didn't know they had bologna in Charlotte. Reminds me of my friend at Benning long ago.
