21-day MRE challenge

Don't know if it was posted on the forum. A journalist living 21 day only on MREs.
There is one interesting question in the film - if the MREs (let's say US MREs) are designed to be your food for a certain amount of days (a lady says that it is 4 days...)
Have access to: Polish, French, UK, US, sometimes other.

I think so. Eating MREs so long can be boring, but it seemed that this food is sucking life out of this poor guy...
