Saw "Dunkirk" last Friday, the first day of release here in the U.K.

I now realise why my father never spoke of being there after seeing the beach scenes. (Don't want to spoil it for anyone).

He was sixteen years old, rearguard defence at Berques, got off the beach on June 4th.
