Every year prior to the Fourth of July the Navy SEALS do a demonstration in my hometown of Greenwich, CT. My buddy was there this year to film it and added some funny captions. Its always a fun event, and much better than an airshow since they get literally within feet of the crowd even with the aircraft.

Always very nice to see (and do) such demonstrations
(don't expect to much realism; you would only hear a few shots probably, and won't see any SEALs )
I'm almost always viewing such things if they happen in the area

He was actually in the front row so no zoom needed. He was using one of those cheap USB palm held camcorders. One of my friends thats a SEAL was in the demonstration.
