We had twin 50's port and starboard on the Patrol Gunboat I was on. :mrgreen:
Couldn't hit shit with them, either !!! :lol:
The noise was intimidating, tho.. :shock:

I had the .50 Cal Browning atop an M1A1 Abrams. They said hit that target. You couldn't do it. The gun was not movable to a certain arc.

Yeah, but fun to pop off some rounds tho.
Not so fun to carry the b*stards up 2 decks and mount them when the boat was rolling! They ARE heavy !!!
Then hump the ammo...
Ahh, good times ! :D
Plus we had really old ammo, so a lot of duds. :x
