It look like the surplus of the surplus of the surplus from the irish troops....
Not even that,the irish troops don't even use the M-16!!!!!! they use the SteyrAUG 5.56 and the Belgian FAL 7.62 which they are phasing out...
Now is the oportumity to open their "closets" and give all the ol' crap to the afghanis
Those are like toys compared to the AK's... 
Hey, I rather keep those ol' AK's and the other russian made hardware.They are more sturdier and reliable than those...geeshhh!
They are going to be thrown away,not even the Taliban would take them....

Thats what I thought when I watched it, it looks like the US is getting rid of its old surplus weapons since the M4 is now the primary weapons..... Wonder how much they are being sold for to the ANA?
I supose its a good thing regarding use of Ammo, I have seen a few vids and they are crazy with the AK and PKM long bursts of fire that are not needed and just firing in the general area and complain when they are low on ammo and ISAF cannot get any to them. If they are aiming and using single shot their ammo will last longer and its just one type of ammo to get there not 2.
