Japanese SDF field kitchen-making meals

Quite interesting video from JSDF camp - the setup of a field kitchen, preparing the meal and serving.

They make almost all from the sratch (there are 2 bags of something looking like beef broth powder), especially the manually cut cucumber sticks for the salad are cute
The serving ideas are typical asian as well. At the end of the vid some of the people give a short interview, there were subtitles available in my language (probably automaiic generated)
