For this specialty you will receive hands on training in computer maintenance and repair. You will be required to disassemble
and reassemble computer hardware components affecting a repair on damaged or malfunctioning equipment. Some of the essential skills for this MOS is an A+ certification (not required) but helpful to this MOS.
The A+ exam will lead to your certification as an A+ certified technician; an essential requirement leading to the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer an industry recognized certification in PC security, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
