I think the war in Iraq was legitimit (Weapons of Massdestruction, even when they didn't find any) we owed that to NATO allies in the area.

The war in Afghanistan is total bullshit though.. The taliban is an invisible enemy. Eveything we build is burned down by the taliban. Everyone that helps us gets killed. If we leave Afghanistan, the population will be slaughtered. And the taliban has an infinite amount of fighters, because they come from all across the globe. Every bombing or civilian casualty makes people more and more against the coalition.

Iraq can be fixed.. if you've got the time. Afghanistan can't be. Nobody succeeded there, and never will be.

And hell.. now is Iraq eating our MREs..
Might be a very simple solution, but simply write "NOT HALAL" on every ration.
Then issue some "halal" types, specially for muslim Americans, and humitarian aid.

They are much harder to come by, and the not halal might scare off the extremist muslims.
I don't think they would eat the pork stuff, but the not halal chicken and beef is mostly not a problem for them..
