That "dancers" were watching to much John Wayne movies - shooting from their hips without any aiming. A hit of anything would be more than luck...

in fact I leave some 50km/30mi away from that place but with a good zoom we could see my mother in law's house on the right

For the dancer, it's like the "military tactic" in some African regions : they shoot all their ammo like that, insulting the ennemy and when the gun is empty they all take their machettes an axes and the "serious" things can start
The presence of a camera probably explains why those guys look so excited.
