Ukrainian security forces fired on journalists in Donetsk Russian channel "LIFE". According to the TV channel journalists, crew Lajfa worked today on the site of the shelling of a residential home in the Kiev region of Donetsk. When the journalists were filming the effects of exploding shells, the yard came new.

One of the shells knocked the doors and windows in one of the entrances, injuring a local resident. Then the shell exploded next to the car journalists, which stood afar off, shrapnel he had smashed windows.

A shame that both Minsk I and Minsk II agreements aren't too helpful in this conflict. What's more sad is the lack of attention this conflict is getting along with other conflicts in Yemen, every conflict in Africa, Afghanistan, and heck, even the Syrian Civil is losing attention now, after the Syrian Government and allies beat the rebel factions.

I can't tell if it's just standard just your average barrage from a MLRS such as a BM-21 Grad or BM-30 Smerch, considering the minks agreements ban artillery from a certain distance from the front lines.

Ukrainians didn't observe the Minsk agreements earlier. We watch frames of firings of civilians by the Ukrainian troops daily on TV. It was earlier, but recently they absolutely became impudent.
By the way the worst that the OSCE Mission which has to check as the Minsk agreements are observed, doesn't carry out the duties. On frames of video it is visible that cars of OSCE stand near the Ukrainian tank. Tanks shouldn't be in this city, they have to be taken away on many kilometers back. Ukrainians don't observe it, and OSCE helps them.

The correspondent of the British telebroadcasting corporation BBC Tom Barridzh, probably, incidentally filmed cars of inspectors of OSCE which stand in the residential quarter of Avdeyevka in the neighbourhood with tanks of the Ukrainian troops. Apparently, didn't confuse the western journalist that tanks and other heavy weapon, according to the Minsk agreements, have to be taken away from the line of contact, and OSCE have to control implementation of these arrangements.
