New Zealand 24Hr Ration Comparison: 2000 and 2015

Post by BTemple » Mon Aug 20, 2018 2:58 pm

Was very lucky to score some great New Zealand rations lately, especially and older one from the pre-2004 era when they used green packaging.
Doing this comparison with a 2015 version and then will eat each ration in separate reviews to come later.

The most interesting thing about NZ ratiom is how heavy it is when you are holding it, but then I checked the weight on a scale - nothing special. Take it in my hand - again heavy

It's somehow packed as a pro and all the weight is concentrated

The bag is huge compared to how they pack it... so much extra when it is folded over, but when I repacked it I needed every centimeter. They must be Tetris masters. Hahaha
