Thanks for a nice review. Making this as a duo gives much more diversity and attention attraction.
These sprats are controversial, they are popular in Poland, but I they have a really strong , smoky, a bit bitter taste to it.
You can find coffee in Polish rations - in the 24h version, but I don;t know any example of hot sauce in Polish rations.
There is a SR ration with a dish "bogracz" which is kind of this stew , but with pasta - you have to try it!
