Suggestions for a Video Editor that can run on a Dinosaur? Or even an online Video editor? Ive hit a wall...

Was running windows movie maker...hate it. Switched to AVS and it crashes all the time(Blew up my laptop). I then went to the youtube video editor and spent 3 hours loving it, just to have it tell me to pay 60$ to upload my video....sigh. After deleting all the above Im hanging on your word,

I use Movavi and it is amazingly simple to use and I've never had a problem. One downside is that it's about $60 to buy.

You know all I know is that it's a quad core with a low to mid range graphics card. I appreciate the suggestions guys I'll look into them.
