Tac-Bar is something i found on AMAZON, checked it out and kinda like it. Tac-Bar comes in an ammo can, with a small survival tin that includes things like a marlar blanket, compass, razorblade, and more. The main staple is the 5 2500 calorie packs. The taste is something like a sweet dough like texture. You can also dissolve it in water, but i really didn't feel a need. Check out the video for a full look.

No problem! It costs around the same as a 5 day SOS ration bar, about 10$ more and you get the water tabs, the little survival kit and the ammo can. I like it.

The Urban Prepper on youtube latest 72h challenge is about Tac-Bar. I liked the belt that came with rations before, imo it was better addition then this survival box. Too bad they are avoiding us in Europe, I wanted to try it. Well anyhow you should try dissolving it with water I don't recall anyone tried that before even though they mention the possibility when they read the instructions.

Ammo box is cool thing to keep ration safe or to have something usefull after you eat it. Survival box has card multitool, I also have it and I love it. Calories are 2500 per bag, thats a good thing, but as TUP said on youtube 3 individual packs inside main bag would be awesome, not just one brick. And the price, it costs too much even I have heard the reasons why I still don't like it. No outside box sale, so you always pay for another ammo box and another survival kit... geez

Yea the price is a bit high, not CRAZY but still a bit too much. This is one of those things you buy once and store it for emergency usage not an everyday thing.
