I just tried this ration and made an outdoor review.
The ration contains main meal - chunk steak (pork neck) with vegetables, pork liver pate, honey, crackers, muesli fruit bar (cranberries), honey, forest fruit tea drink, vit C and coffee candies plus accesories and the new twin FRH.
It doesn't seem to be a lot of food, but it's enough for one meal.
The main meal is very good - a real chunk of meat (a slice), two kinds of beans, carrots and sauerkraut (a little, but it makes the taste more interesting).
The honey was fresh and very good, the pate quite decent (most of the content is pork meat, the pork liver is only a part).
The FRH is super efficent and contains actually 1 long heating pad which is wrapped around the meal pouch. If you have a chance to test this FRH - I highly recommend. I suggest to give less water then indicated - it boils out of the bag...

Thanks for sharing, it is looking very good. It is interesting to see that the one meal version has this German EPA like main entrée, but the 24 hour ration has different kind of tin cans.

Nice outdoor review! I have never had a polish ration, but I did try the same crackers in a Lithuanian Dry ration. They were very enjoyable with jam/jelly.
Good luck and may your rations stay unspoiled!

Yes, these are the same crackers. I was surprised how good they (and the caraway) match with honeyFREMONT wrote:Nice outdoor review! I have never had a polish ration, but I did try the same crackers in a Lithuanian Dry ration. They were very enjoyable with jam/jelly.
