MRE Review - US Army Menu 06: Thai Chicken (2003)

Hi guys!

This is an MRE review from the year 2003, this time I tried menu 06 which is Thai Chicken. This time I only made an English version of the review. Enjoy!

In English:

Pro:
+ The main entrée and the side dish are very good together. The amount of water chestnuts was out of this world. I liked it very much.
+ I am not a big coffee drinker, so I was very happy that I found a tea bag in the accessory pack. Newer rations should have tea too.
+ This was the first time I was happy that I found a hot sauce in the package. It made the dish delicious.

Con:
- I was missing some sweet dessert. A muffin top perhaps.
- No sugar for the tea. Who drinks tea without sugar?
- The rice was a little though and dry for my taste.
- No cold beverage. Why? Just why?

Overall I am very happy with this ration and I am a little sad that they do not have this menu anymore. The FRH worked pretty good with the salt and thanks to that I had a great dinner for Monday. Too bad that the nut&raisin mix went stale, I had to trash it.
