Cool video. I don't think I would have any problems doing this.

Maybe he participated this?: viewtopic.php?p=44114#p44114

Nah. these were Meal Kit Supplies MREs. If he had this bathroom problem, too me he didn´t drank enough as recommended.

Definitely what housil said about drinking enough water...that really helps move things through with MREs.

But I understand where the guy is coming from when he said, "I dreaded getting hungry because I knew that meant I’d soon have to be eating another MRE."

I did my own "Week of Eating MREs" a number of years ago. Near the end of the week, I started experiencing what I called "The Hunger Cliff" - it was partially a combination of not feeling too hungry and dreading having to eat another MRE. But at some point (when I went over the "cliff"), I'd be completely starving and would tear into the next MRE. I would go from "just fine" to "ravenously hungry" in about 2 seconds.

im pretty sure that chic fil a speeded things up as well. i remember any type of fast food would do that after a field op of mre's and ugr a's just going to a different diet can do that. straight screaming as a giant mre gutsnake made its presence known. obviously being hydrated was key plus mixing and matching mre's to make different concoctions.

How was having fast food better than an MRE?!? He looked like he was going to kill the girl eating salad earlier.....thought a nice wholesome meal would have been the way! Maybe he struggled because MRE was better for him than his usual deep fried chicken :)
