That was really neat!!!
I especially liked the plastic bags for the mess kits, great idea, no washing!!!

It´s a nice side effect to keep the messkit clean, but the proper sens is, aluminium is harmfull to healt.
In Germany, all pots etc. made from aluminium are prohibited.
If you lick a cover of a dessert, you will incorporate more aluminium than from eating/cooking with alu messkit - but that´s regulations are made for. Being ridiculous... Image
