Is it me or does he place the heater inside the FRH wrongly on top instead of underneath the entree-pouch (and later also the coffee bag).

Yes, it looks like he folds the FRH bag over the wrong way. Then again, he also pours that tiny 8 oz. entree into a humongous steel helmut. Must have been good times back in 1968, but I'm not sure I'd want to eat an MRE that way.
