Cuddons is a NZ company that makes freeze dryers.
I don't know for sure, but these are very likely the machines used for making the main freeze dried meal parts of Australian and NZ ration packs.
In any case, this is the process that would be used for all freeze dried rations, so is interesting in that regard.
