A look into one of the more interesting menus out of the 80's US Menu's of rations, the freeze dried beef patty! Lots of great items produced by a company that only made MRE's for 2 years, Freedom NY.

It was definitely better then it looked for sure haha. I've only had the pork patty before, and loved that one. This one was really good too, I was honestly suprised, because I was expecting like a burger beef patty taste, but it's more in the line of what a sailsbury steak is essentially. I wanted a potato patty with it though, what a lost opportunity!
