Found this by a chance and decided to give it a go

Packaged in 03/2007 so I was really curious about how well (or poorly) it held up over the years.

I'm trying to figure out what "beef ham" is? Is it beef that is just cured like ham? Is it ham cut thick like a steak?

To be honest, I've still no idea but finally managed to figure out what I could compare the texture to. It was very similar to duck breast when roasted. It's not stringy like chicken meat would be but a bit on the "mushy" side.
