German Einmannpackung (Combat Ration, Individual) Typ 1

Hello everyone,
New to Rations, MRE's etc and new in this Forum. Here is my debut with my first ever made Ration Review. Because i'm from Germany I choosed to review a German Einmannpackung (EPA) from german Bundeswehr. Got it on Ebay for a fair price. This one cost me 10€, must be about 12 $.
So this is what i get. A german Einmannpackung (EPA), Typ 1. Packed in 2015, Best befor3 30.04.2019. I think it is one of the newest EPA's you can get. Correct me if i'm wrong.
it comes in a small cartboard box
the content on a paper in German, English and French
lot's of stuff in this small box. Let me show what's inside.
the two main meals. First we got lentil stew with sausages
then we got Gulasch with Potatos
next we have a Mousse au Chocolade Desert and Chocolade Muesli
for Breakfast we have ryebread in a tin can, 1 package of crackers, 1x black currant jam, 1x sour cherry jam, 1x liverwurst coarse spread, 1x beef spread and i think chili-pepper butter or spread.
here are some snacks. 1x Fruitmix exotic, 1x tuna with lime and pepper flavour, 2x chocolate bars, 1x sesame bar and cookies with cocoa.
we have 4 different kinds of fruit drink powders. Exotic, Lime, Orange and Grapefruit.
and bags for warm drinks. 3 bags of tea extract, 2 bags of coffee extract and 1 bag of Cappuccino
some more accessories. 1 baf of sugarfree chewing gums, 2 Multi-purpose cloth, 4 Water purification tablets, matches and 1 towelette
all together.
what i don't have seen, is how many calories this whole EPA has. So i hope you like my first ever made ration review. Comments, Likes and Suggestions are welcome so that i can improve my next review
