Norwegian REAL freeze dried field meals

Got a pair of these from not so drunken sailor on here. Figured I'd give them a try yesterday going for a cold, windy hike with my cousin.
We had a chicken curry and a beef stew.
The beef stew was nice, a strong but not overpowering beef flavour and a nice texture. The beef rehydrated well. It was quite tasty and the warm meal was really appreciated though it took a few spoonfuls to get used to the taste, a creamier sort of taste than I'm used to with stews.
The chicken curry seemed to be a Thai or maybe Malaysian style curry with a nice amount of spice to it and again a fairly creamy thick sauce.
I ate most of the beef stew and my cousin had most of the curry.
We had to use a bigger, more awkward stove than I'd like as I forgot my small one but it did the job and we augmented our little meal with some strong coffee.
