Now on to the Review!
This red glob is some kind of puree of zucchini? Taste an awful lot like some tasteless vegetable in a heavy tomato paste. Nothing bad mind you, just, different. It reminded me of a bad tasting baby food.
Apple Jam, I duno if in America we just love sweet and sugary stuff, but this Apple Jam taste more like Apples than a American Jam that's Apple flavored. Vary yummy and vary sticky! This IRP could of done better with two of these packs, as you run out with just one pack of crackers.
Now onto the Main entree! Beef Stew w/ veg's. Compared to American MRE's, the meat in these Russian IRP's taste like it was made in a restaurant! The potatoes strings hold up well and do not snap or fall apart. The Beef taste of a nice Roast, melts in your mouth leaving you wishing for more!
