Freeze dried "Chicken in curry cream" (EPa #10)

This weekend I was at a nice and small mil camp at 35°C (95F)
Like in good, old REFORGER days...

Dinner was a freeze dried entree "chicken in curry cream sauce" out of a (new) EPa #10
The biggest disadvantage - you have to boil/heat water in the fields

as they have no zip lock, you have to use "something" to keep it close while reconstitution (10-15min)

Looks nice

nice texture of rice, rasins and pineapples

not like early ones bland, this had a great, "spicy" taste and I really liked it

I had my newest gadget with me, the " Enhanced Bed Net System"

As we had a British Mk 3 tent, no need to use the rainfly

For breakfast, you could go to the mobile kitchen trailer or

have your own

1990 canned bread

not sliced in 500g can

the MH eggs w/ bacon

EPa bread with margarine, jam, tea and eggs
