Hi everybody,

I was able to buy a part of the Turkish ration - only entree and MRE. I was a little bit late - there were more entree menus for sale.
It's not the whole ration but I decided to makea small review. Here it is:

The ration is 200grams , the FRH is a quite big bag with single heating element.
I had no sleeve ,so I just closed it with a clip. After 10 min it was still cold, so I decided to add little salt, what helped, later I managed to translate that this FRH needs 10-20 minutes, so maybe I should just wait...

The content is pasta, beef, tomato, carrot,onion-exact contents in precent is shown on the video.
Well... it was almost only pasta (soft of course), in one place there was a sign of tomato and 1 (literally one) piece of carrot. The taste was super bland , only a little taste of beef.

pasta, pasta,pasta
Finally I ate it, but I added tomato pasta, chipotle sauce, salt, a little garlic and herbs :)

Yeah that was a stellar find. I like the spices you added to it after the fact. I bet that did make it real tasty! Cheers P!

Neat find! I always wondered what the Turkish military used to feed its soldiers.
