French "Taboule Volaille"

Today I did a little "excursion"
British tumbler with EPa tea at ~36F Driving into the wine hills View from wine hills coming home late, I decided for another French dinner.
A "Taboule Volaille" is a bulgur dish with poultry The opened can on the plate after heating (sorry for the mess
)
I guess bulgur is not a very common thing like rice or noodles so I liked the idea of it in a ration dish. The entree it self was "OK". A little bit bland - just add a dash of salt and the poultry was "dry". But at least an OK entree.
