French "Taboule Volaille"

Post by housil » Wed Feb 17, 2016 4:48 pm

Today I did a little "excursion"

British tumbler with EPa tea at ~36F

coming home late, I decided for another French dinner.

A "Taboule Volaille" is a bulgur dish with poultry

I guess bulgur is not a very common thing like rice or noodles so I liked the idea of it in a ration dish. The entree it self was "OK". A little bit bland - just add a dash of salt and the poultry was "dry". But at least an OK entree.

Another awesome set of photos, Housil! I really love how you are sharing these delicious looking French entrees. I went camping this past weekend and took photos of me with a 2012 German EPA ll, and wearing your Flecktarn BDU's you sent to me. It was a great getaway and I am now going to share the photos here.

You're always an inspiration - now all I need is one of those German vehicles. That thing is amazing.

OK - I am going to get to work with a German EPA ll review right now! :D
