French RICR "Tortellini / beef" entree

It was yesterday the last day at work for 2015, so I ate another special, a French entree:
That one was "OK". What do you expect from a canned Tortellini dish? I bet some "slushy" and soaked noodles. That what is was.
It had a dominating flavor/taste of basil or any other herb. No hint of beef filling taste. Just "a filling" to me.
It wasn´t bad, it was "OK", a canned noodles dish.
With a dash of salt, I would prefer a MRE tortellini entree over this.
