Beef stew is a very tradition ration dish so I dicided for todays lunch for an Norwegian, freeze dried one

I like their zip log bags´s

After "soaking" with hot water I got "this". It´s difficlut not to joke about that brown, liquid "sludge". BUT the taste was great!! Real beef pieces, nice rice with a "al dente" texture and a nice, spice but not hot taste. I really liked it :D

I have really also enjoyed all the Norwegian freeze dried main meals, both the quality and ingredients seem to be very good!

This is not like MRE beef stew at all, its more of what i would call a hearty soup.
The gravy was more zucchini flavor than beef, and there was rice of some kind.

Very good, high quality ingredients, very sturdy bag i assume these will last forever.

Great main dish overall
