Part 2 - taste test:

There is a very good instant coffee bag in the ration - I had it this morning - good starter - a big bag of sugar - I don`t need it! :)
P4192144.JPG
Orange beverage powder - very tasty and natural - great drink! I Didn`t read the advice first - is good for 600ml water - I put it in 300ml glass first - thats where the sugar cristals are from - I mixed it with more water then and it was good!
P4192145.JPG
a double Bar of 36grams very good chocolate - rich and flavoury - very good!
P4192147.JPG
chocolate unwraped
P4192156.JPG
A lot of Hazelnuts - didn`t eat them so far
P4192155.JPG
Hazelnuts
P4192148.JPG
Bisquits - 4 pieces, VERY hard, hard like german "Panzerplatten aka Hartkekes" but - for my taste - very good and tasty, because I love caraway seeds - and they`re with them - see next picture for details!
P4192149.JPG
good "keks" with caraway seeds - delicious...
P4192152.JPG
Honey, I like to eat...
P4192153.JPG
opened, good smelling and very good tasting
P4192154.JPG

Taste Test - part 2 - the main dish:

Very good smelling and also tasting chicken stew - with whole pieces of chicken meat, not like the US MRE corned and pressed style!
Spicy but not too spicy, even OK, so it is no need to add any spices or salt - very good - could be a little mor juicy - but maybe, this could be a result of microwave it, as there get water lost while heating in microwave oven!
P4192165.JPG
Chicken Stew right out of the boil bag, even cold a hearty dish!
P4192170.JPG
Microwaved and mixed up a little bit - next time I will add some ketchup or so, because I love it more juicy ;-)

You´re right buddy, and - in my opinion - this is one of the healthies I ever had - seems so!

It is a good alternative - to change meals -that`s our advantage of cicilian use of rations - we must not stay like soldiers with the provided stuff, we can use what we want and change things - our great plus!

So in my basement, there are rations from germany, UK, France, US, Norway, Italy, LT, E, and Japan - I like to have a little choice - oh wait, there are some parts of romania too!
But Im still hungry... always looking for some more experiences and always willing to trade

Has somebody heard about the new spanish rations with dryfood? maybe luis can tell something about??

You still owe me 2 other reviews, I hope the other 2 romanian rations will suit your tastes better.

And you're right, I've tried more foreign rations than the entire Romanian Army.
