Hi Guys!
Today I got a carton with tons of the famous "Panzerplatten" or "Armorsheet" cookies.
I love them!
I got them from this Website:
http://www.dauerbrot.de/auflagebeilageu ... 532015.php

EDIT:They got a civilian package but they are the same as the ones in the Epas.
Sorry for my english it´s not the best!

Note 100g equals 437kcal.
This crackers have a weight of 125g => 546kcal. So a whole (plain) package of the "Panzerplatten" are more rich than e.g. a MRE entree and with 2.5g of fat per 100kcal they are "low fat"

I can't get past the "Made in Italy". It just seems so wrong.

I'd hate to even try to guess the carbs in these things, and since I've had Type 2 Diabetes since 1998, I don't imagine they'd be very good for me at all.

Housil it's the made in Italy. My Aunt from Berlin always talked about them as being German. Then seeing the Made In Italy.
It just struck as being like Swiss chocolate made in Nigeria.

Yes, it´s right. "German" EPa crackers are made in Italy - but I like them even though

I'm also a DM-2 since 98' and I still taste them.
That doesn't mean you will be eating them all the time.

Insulin = Type 1, not 2.
I'm a type 2, I use Metformin and Byetta.
Seems to work, so far.
