Hi folks,
OK - 2nd dinner in (last night was rather warm, so was Biscuits Brown and mackerel fillets)...
I bust open a Pork and Herb Sausage casserole...
Proper lean sausages, very smooth going down, decent chunks of potato, tastes as though there's carrot in there as well - thick gravy, and doesn't need extra seasoning, as is comfortably rich.
All in all - I'd recommend it.
Also felt like seconds - so currently having their Beef in velvet porter with spuds...
One word - YUM!
Look What We Found - Pork and Herb Sausage casserole, and..

Have a look at their site though. They do decent Slow Food in retort pouches, and while it may not *look* that good coming out of a pouch, this stuff tastes good. And i couldn't be arsed decanting it into a bowl.
