Eating British 24-Hour Ration General Purpose from 1996

Post by ReadinessReviews » Sun Dec 18, 2022 11:46 am

This is probably the most important MRE taste test I've ever done. Not only is this the oldest British Military 24 Hour ration ever reviewed but it's also the most expensive food pack I've eaten. This General Purpose (GP) Ration was packed back in 1996, making it 26 years old as of filming. The 24-Hour Ration General Purpose is the predecessor to the British Operational Ration Pack or ORP. Like a US Meal Ready to Eat the Ration GP uses retort pouch technology to insure long shelf life. This particular meal was a mix of good and very bad. The review turned out to be one of the most interesting ration experiences I've encountered since beginning my channel. Hope you guys enjoy it and I apologize ahead of time for such a long video. It had to be that way to keep the review comprehensive.

Thank you for Watching!
