Somethings rotten in my Russian Ration

Hi all, hope everyone is ok.
Awhile ago I received at russian ration pack in an exchange with ak70g2.
I was cleaning up my room today and found this:

Something seem to have gone off
There is no smell :)
Here is another view, looks like two things may have exploded.

A view of the back show a possible expiry date of 2020 :shock:

I will open it down at the beach next weekend and post some photo's.

I hope is not rotten, just a foil tray smashed. Russian rations use foil trays like the ones from german EPas, but they are not so solidly made like the BW ones. Looking at the colour, seems that some groats with meat was smashed. Open the box and make some pictures, please.
