Picked this up at the grocery store..Claims to have removed 85 percent of fat and oil..Its ok but I think Peanut Butter out of the jar is better

Fat 1.5g
Sodium 94 mg
Carb 5g
Sugar 1g
Protein 5g
Fiber 2g

Servings 2 TBSP

did you have to rehydrate it? did you use just water?

How was flavor different?

Did you add any salt?

Yes you have to add 2 Tablespoons of PB2 to a Tablespoon of water..I added a little more water to make it smoother..Has 45 calories per serving

My wife loves the stuff - but I'm positive it's because of the "low fat" aspect. That's exactly the reason why I don't much care for it. It is "peanutty" but lacks the unctuous mouth feel of the real thing.
