X-MRE: A First Look

Post by gschultz9 » Thu Mar 06, 2014 10:29 am

I know this isn't truly a "review" and considered putting this in the "MRE/Ration Videos" section, but since it is a new civilian MRE company and I hope to make some reviews of them soon this seemed like a good place for it. Feel free to move it if it's inappropriate. Anyway, I mentioned the X-MRE company earlier. They're a brand new company selling their own version of a civilian MRE. I contacted them to see if they'd like me to do some reviews of their products. They sent along a case of six of their "Standard" MREs. This video is the opening of that case as well as some general information (that I got from the website) about the company.

Apparently they're still finishing up development of their 24 Hour Ration, but are planning on sending me one/some to review in the future.

Great - and who better to review them?

Thanks for the vote of confidence Rocky. Hopefully as soon as I can beat down this nasty cold I've been fighting for a couple days I can get around to actually opening up one of these and reviewing them!
