Eel in a Can

Thats right, Eel

Found this while wandering around one of the fancier supermarkets.

This is about half
It was very good
Soft smooth buttery texture, sweet bbq like flavor.
Almost like bbq chicken mixed with pulled pork.

I plan to grab some more when i am back in that area, i liked this.

Is it about that particular "Roasted Eel" or fish in a can at all as this is available everywhere over here in all kinds:

Fish in a can not so special

We have mackerel, tuna, salmon, anchovies, sardines, mussels,clams, shrimp in a can that are pretty normal.

Eel, Squid, octopus, in a can not so normal/common

"Pulpo ( octopus) y calamares en su tinta(squid in ink)".... those are tasty but very rare to find here in the US. I get it from the "care packages" from my folks in Puerto Rico. We get them mostly from Spain.
