These have been out for a few years, and I love to keep a few in my pack when I'm out walking or travelling.

The come individually wrapped, and should be good for a bit longer than 6 months (The date on this pack says best before July 2010).

They taste really good, come in several flavours (choc chip, rasin), and are a good calorie boost (181 calories each). I also find them very sustaining, thanks to being made primarily out of oats. One of these can stave off hunger for quite a while.

Give them a try, they would make a nice addition to a home made mre.

Question is: where can you find these. This is the first I've seen them :?

You can get them in any supermarket here in the UK, I assumed (?) that they would be available in the USA as well?

They are not listed on the Kellogg website. In the US, Kellogg's owns cookie giant Keebler's. If they do sell that cookie in the US, it is probably branded as a Keebler product.
