Today's lunch, a 2007 EverSafe Emergency Meal Kit menu 6 Ham and Shrimp Jambalaya. Was a little leary of this main because of the shrimp, but this meal held up really well. The jambalaya had a nice smokey flavor and had a good bit of ham and shrimp. I was surprised to find the meal still had a chew to it, not just a mushy pile. All other components were still fresh and tasty. I was a bit disappointed that it did not come with a spread for the crackers, but I put them to use eating the jambalaya .
This meal kit came with a packet of salt water for the FRH. It was still full but somehow the inside of both accessory packets were wet . The FRH worked well but took a bit of time to take off.
Thanks for looking.
